Our office is at Unit 1, The Gatefold Buildings, 36 Blyth Road, Hayes, London UB3 1AG. Notarisation appointments are held there by arrangement, so please contact us first and we will confirm what to bring.
Studied in Ealing?
If you studied at a local university, including the University of West London, a degree certificate needs to be certified by a UK notary or solicitor before it can be apostilled. We can arrange the certification for you, quoted separately. See our degree certificate guide.
Sending documents by post
You do not need to travel. Send your original documents to us by tracked, signed-for post and we return them by tracked delivery. Keep your proof of postage and a copy of everything you send.
Cost
Our apostille price is £100 per document, including the FCDO fee and tracked return, and we aim to finish within 2 working days of your documents arriving at our office. Notarisation or solicitor certification, where needed, is quoted separately before you pay. See our pricing page.
