Terms of service

Terms and conditions

These terms govern your engagement with Apostille Help. By placing an order, you agree to the scope of service, the payment arrangements and the limits of liability set out below. Our service is private administrative assistance. We prepare, check and submit documents on your behalf, but we do not act as a government body and cannot guarantee acceptance by any foreign authority.

Our fee for preparing your order is shown separately from any government or statutory fees, which are passed on at cost. Payment is due as stated at the point of order. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected order, except where the law does not permit such a limit. Full terms are available on request before you order.
