Apostille Service in Uxbridge

If you live or work in Uxbridge, our Hayes office is a short journey away, and we also work entirely by post if you would rather not travel.

Getting to us from Uxbridge

Our office is at Unit 1, The Gatefold Buildings, 36 Blyth Road, Hayes, London UB3 1AG. Notarisation appointments are held there by arrangement, so please contact us first and we will confirm what to bring.

Brunel University London graduates

Brunel University London is based in Uxbridge. Its alumni pages say the university does not provide an apostille service itself, so graduates who need a degree certificate legalised have to arrange it separately.

A degree certificate is a private document, so it has to be certified by a UK notary or solicitor first, and then the apostille is added. See our degree certificate guide for the steps.

Sending documents by post

You do not need to travel. Send your original documents to us by tracked, signed-for post and we return them by tracked delivery. Keep your proof of postage and a copy of everything you send.

Cost

Our apostille price is £100 per document, including the FCDO fee and tracked return, and we aim to finish within 2 working days of your documents arriving at our office. Notarisation or solicitor certification, where needed, is quoted separately before you pay. See our pricing page.
